About Rob & Bev

Bev Foster, (BEd, BMus, ARCT, AMus,) is an experienced performer, songwriter and music educator whose inspirational music has received numerous awards and nominations. A teacher in both the Ontario school system and her private studio for many years, former executive director of the Ontario Vocal Festival, producer of the Room 217 therapeutic music library, Bev has most recently founded the Room 217 Foundation, which is dedicated to music and care. Currently Bev is the Executive Director of the Room 217 Foundation. She travels widely to perform, speak and lead worship to a variety of groups. Bev loves gardening and walking.

Rob Foster, (Ed.D., OCT,) has taught high school in Ontario for over 25 years. He has been involved in writing provincial curriculum for French language and Durham Board assessment and evaluation policies for FSL. Rob has been involved in Christian education for many years where he’s both facilitated adult small groups and written for journals and magazines.  Rob recently retired from Head of International Languages at Uxbridge Secondary School and is now adjunct faculty at Tyndale University in Toronto teaching Philosophical Issues and French as a Second Language in the Bachelor of Education program. He loves music and the outdoors.

Rob and Bev are new grandparents, and live in Port Perry, Ontario.
